FTG collects sensitive things — candidates' CVs, founders' decks and financials, users' accounts. This section states, in plain language, how they are protected, what we do and don't do with them, and the rights you keep. No legalese where plain words will do.
Three disciplines, everywhere.
Data lives in the EU
Application data and uploaded documents are stored in Frankfurt, Germany, with transfers safeguarded for GDPR, Saudi PDPL, and UAE PDPL.
Private, scanned, signed
Every upload goes into private storage, is malware-scanned before anyone can open it, and is retrieved only through 60-second signed links by authorised staff.
Deletion on a timer
Unsuccessful applications and declined submissions are purged automatically — files included — six months after the decision. Retention that runs on a schedule actually happens.
