These terms govern your use of www.ftg.vc and the platforms it hosts — the FTG careers platform and the FTG founder pitch platform (together, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them.

Accounts
Some features (applying for a role, submitting a pitch) require an account. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information — decisions on applications and submissions rely on what you tell us. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
- Upload malicious files. Every upload is scanned; infected files are deleted.
- Submit content you do not have the right to share.
- Scrape or harvest personal data from the Site.
Your content
You retain all rights to the materials you submit — CVs, pitch decks, financials. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and share them internally strictly to evaluate your application or submission, as described in the Privacy Notice and its candidate and founder supplements. Submitting a pitch does not create an obligation on FTG to invest, respond within a set time, or keep materials beyond our stated retention periods.
No offer, no advice
Content on this Site — including product pages and FTG Insights — is provided for general information. It is not investment advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, digital asset, or financial product, in any jurisdiction. Products described as in build or in development may change or may not launch. Nothing here creates an advisory, fiduciary, or client relationship.
Intellectual property
The Site, the FTG name and mark, and the names and marks of FTG products (Exx1, PRVAI, PRV Wallet, Diwan OS, EQWT1) are owned by FTG or its affiliates. You may not use them without written permission. FTG Insights articles may be quoted with attribution and a link.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites and services (for example X, or product sites). We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date below reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which First Tech Group is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
