This notice supplements the Privacy Notice and applies when you submit your company to FTG Ventures through this site. Pitch materials are commercially sensitive, and we treat them that way.
What we collect when you pitch
- Your name, email, and company details from the intake form.
- Your pitch deck, financials, and any other documents you upload.
- Your answers to the structured intake questions.
- The progress of your submission through our review stages, and reviewer evaluations of it.
How your materials are protected
- Documents are stored in private storage in the EU (Frankfurt) — there are no public links to founder materials, ever.
- Uploads pass through a server-controlled pipeline and are scanned for malware before anyone can download them; retrieval uses short-lived signed links available only to authorised reviewers.
- Access is role-based and assignment-based: your submission is visible only to the FTG investment team members assigned to review it.
- Reviewers declare conflicts of interest; a reviewer with a conflict is excluded from your submission.
What we use them for
Your materials are used for exactly one purpose: evaluating your company for investment or partnership with FTG. We do not share pitch materials with third parties, other portfolio companies, or external co-investors without your consent.
Confidentiality, honestly stated
Like most venture firms, we review many companies, some in adjacent spaces, and we do not sign NDAs at the pitch stage. What we commit to instead is the discipline above: private storage, assignment-scoped access, conflict-of-interest controls, and no third-party sharing without your consent. Your ideas and IP remain yours; submitting a pitch grants us only the limited right to review it.
How long we keep submissions
If we decline your submission, it is automatically deleted — documents included — 6 months after the decision, unless you ask us to keep it on file for a future round. If we invest, materials become part of the deal record.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your submission data, or withdraw a submission entirely, from your founder portal or by emailing [founders@ftg.vc](mailto:founders@ftg.vc). Rights under the GDPR, Saudi PDPL, and UAE PDPL apply as described in the main Privacy Notice.
